The Study aimed at detection of Effectiveness of electronic supervision in teaching social studies and self-efficacy of the Senior teachers in the Sultanate of Oman in addition to the Knowledge of the effect of type variables of Experience. educational governorate.
To achieve the goal of study the student has used descriptive and associative approach and he prepared the research of two questionnaires first one about the effectiveness of electronic supervision in teaching of social study Consisting of eight filed the second questionnaire consisting of (17) paragraphs On self-efficacy for the first teachers in after checking the validity of the instruments the two questioners are implemented On a sample of early teachers (138) teachers of both male and female of early in the subject of social study In the following educational governorates(Muscat, Nourth Batina, Al- AL-dakhiliyah). The results were revealed the level of Effectiveness of electronic Supervisions efficiency in teaching of social study is very high for the Senior teachers, as they revealed that the level of self-efficiency of the Senior teachers is very high and there is a positive associative relation between the level of the Effectiveness electronic Supervisions in teaching of social study and self-efficiency of early teachers, there are no differences between males and females in the field of electronic supervision efficiency, according to the type variable, as the results showed differences there are differences in years of experience in the field of Effectiveness of electronic Supervisions for the experts from (1-6) years except two fields (1-6) years, except for two areas of planning, teaching and learning those showed no differences, either in the province the results showed differences in the field of Self-assessment and filed of School environment, local community for the benefit of early teachers of North Batina Governorate. As the results showed differences in the level of self –efficiency according to the type variable between males and females through the arithmetic mean for the benefit of females, there are also a difference in years of experience in the level of self-efficiency for the benefit of experience from (1-6) of the early teachers, in the field of governorate there are also differences in the level of self- efficiency for the benefit of North Batina. Finally study stated that Effectiveness of electronic supervision explains the percentage of (%51٪) of variance in the level of self –efficiency for the first teachers in three governorates.
