After reviewing the validity and reliability, the questionnaire was applied to the study sample which consisted of (300) of the Ministry employees. To answer the study questions, the arithmetic means, and standards deviations have been concluded, as well as using the T-test and the one-way analysis of variance. Besides, the degree of agreement of the employees of the study sample on the ways of development of using the digital application in the administrative processes with the department directors was very high as well.
