English abstract
The study aimed to highlight the current situation of Creative Class Management (CCM) and the procedures proposed to develop the Basic Education's practices of (CCK). To realize the objectives of the study, the researcher analyzed the literature review related to the objectives of the study. A questionnaire was prepared with (86) statements that represented the (4) elements of CCM. Class activities, Class Communication, Class environment and students' control and discipline. The study sample consisted of (200) senior teachers from (2) educational governorates: Muscat and Dhofar, and (2) educational regions: Al Batinah North and Al Batinah South. The statistic on processing of the data was conducted using mean averages, standard deviations, relative significant (ranking), T-test for (2) independent samples, testing ANOVA and Shefter's Test for dimensional comparisons. Some of the most significant findings of the field study were the following:
- The overall estimates of the study sample on the practices of CCM in the schools of Basic Education in The Sultanate of Oman were highly ranked.
Regarding the impacts of the variances, the study arrived at the following:
-There are statistically significant differences at the level 0,05 - between the differences of the averages of the study samples estimates in the (4) elements which are: Class activities, Class communication Class environment and Students Control and Discipline attributed to the variance of gender in favour of females.
-There are statistically significant differences of the level 0,05 - between the averages of the estimates of the study sample in all elements of the study attributed to the variance of academic qualification in favour of the holders of the Intermediate Diploma.

-There are statistically significant differences at the level 0,05 - attributed to the variance of educational cycle in all elements of the study in favour of the first educational cycle.
-There are statistically significant differences at the level 0,05 - between the averages of the study sample's estimates in all the elements of the study attributed to the variance of experience in favour of long experience.
-There are statistically significant differences at the level 0,05 - between the averages of the study sample's estimates in all elements of the study attributed to the variance of educational region between Muscat Governorate and Al Batinah North Region in all (4) elements in favour of Muscat, and between Muscat and Al Batinah South Region in the 3rd and 4th elements: Class environment and Student's control and discipline in favour of Muscat.
There are no statistically significant differences at the level 0,05 - between the averages of the study sample's estimates in all elements of the study attributed to the variance of training courses related to Basic education.
There are no statistically significant differences at the level 0,05 - between the averages of the study sample's estimates in all (4) elements of the study attributed to the variance of the training courses related to Class management.
There are no statistically significant differences at the level 0,05 - between the averages of the study sample's estimates in all (4) elements attributed toe variance of the training courses related to Creative thinking.
In the light of the analysis of the literature review and the findings of the field stady, the study arrived at a number of proposed procedures the most important of which are:- Conducting extensive training courses for the teachers on the principles of CCM and how to convert these principles into tangible reality through class activities and enriching class environment to become one that encourages creativity and the means of communication and control. The proposed procedures also emphasized the employment of modern means of communication such as the internet and other means to attain experience in the area of creativity and CCM in various countries.
