English abstract
This study aims to identify the International and National guarantees that concern in children rights, whether in its objective and institutional part or in its procedural and practical part which is considered a major interest to a large section of intellectuals, in particular those who advocate on the issue of children rights. As well as, the study immersed in view the painful current situation of children' life reality, and their urgent need for protection.
The Researcher handled this topic through dividing the research into two basic chapters, as well as an introductory chapter in which he dealt with the definition of children, and the historical development for the purpose of protection in the international law. In the first chapter he discussed the guarantees of protecting children's rights in the International law, while in the second chapter he dealt with guarantees of protecting children's rights in some Arab and national legislation. In conclusion, the researcher reviewed the most important results and presented some recommendations, which he has reached via this study.
