English abstract
This study aimed at allocation Factorial Components of Self Efficacy Beliefs for teachers of Basic Education in Muscat Region and Batinah South Region based on performing two studies used Confirmatory and exploratory factor analysis for two samples. The first sample of the study contained (474 ) teachers ( 255 males and 219 females), and the seconed sample contained (419 )teachers 204 males' and 215 females ) . This study depended on the scale that was prepared by the researcher according to Social Cognitive Theory by Bandura (2001 ). Acceptable reliability coefficients and validity were obtained for this scale. The results indicated on exploratory factor analysis for scale proved that there are five factors that measure Self Efficacy Beliefs for Basic Teachers and it involved Efficacy of community enlist, Efficacy of classroom environment, Efficacy of classroom interaction, Efficacy of learning sources and Efficacy of making decision. Whereas, the results indicated of Confirmatory Factor analysis for the refused of the five- factor model and accepting the four – factor model because of gaining goodness of fits indexes perfect and the four factors are Efficacy enlist community, Efficacy classroom management, Efficacy sources learning and Efficacy decision making The results were discussed in the light of the theoretical frame and previous discussed. Number of recommendations and suggestions have been shown.
