English abstract
This study aims to know the intellectual basis for management of private higher" education and to stand on the current realistic of the problems of private higher education in the Sultanate of Oman in the sense of; organizational structure, acceptance policies, supply resources, the range of difference of management problems for private higher education organizations in the Sultanate of Oman, with the difference of some changes, to preface a set of proposal procedures which could be work out development the management of private higher education in the Sultanate of Oman.
To achieve the aims of this study, the data were gathered through return back to . the relevant ethical with management of private higher education besides making a practical study to reveal the current realistic of the management problems of private higher education in the Sultanate of Oman in the sense of: organizational structure, acceptance policies and supply resources; it has also designed two strategies of study which are: the questionnaire that is applied on (663) individual included all presidents of private universities and their deputies and all deans of colleges in the private universities ::.. and all deans of private colleges and a sample of members of academic & management. structures in the private universities and colleges after verifying it from its true, prove and meeting card which is applied on (7) individuals of the leaderships that are relevant :. to management of private higher education in the Sultanate of Oman.
In fact, the handling was done for statistics data by using the mathematical patterns, and the most plausible mathematical patterns, the percentages, examinations (C), the analysis of units' difference and the test of LSD.
The statement of study results are as follows:
1. There are some problems related to private higher education in the Sultanate of Oman. Those problems are associated with study axles that they deal with; each . one of them got its .own. effect. For instance, the problem related to finance sources deemed to be one of the essential issues in this regard, it'is very influential to private higher education in Oman. Then comes problems related to the organizational structure axle on the second place. After those two, comes problems associated with acceptance. Those results have been the same between the categories of the study sample.
2. There are no differences have statistic significance at level of (a = 0.05) between the estimations pattern of the first type of the study example which are attributed to the changeable of the organization type according to the axles of the organizational structures and supply sources whereas it has found that there are differences which have a significance for the axle of the acceptance policies for the benefit of the second type which is (College).
3. There are differences which have statistic significance at the level of (a = 0.05);
between the estimations pattern of the first type of the study example .which are attributed to the changeable of the functional level for the three axles of the study.
-According to the axle of the organizational structure, it has found that there are: differences, which have, significance between the management structure and the academic structure for the benefit of the management structure.
-For the acceptance policies, it has found that there are differences between organization's leaderships against the management structure for the benefit of the management structure, and between the organization's leaderships against the academic structure for the benefit of the academic structure, and between the management structures against the academic structure for the benefit of management structure.
-For the axle of supply sources, it has found that there are differences between organization's leaderships against the academic structure for the benefit of the organization's leaderships, and between the management structure against the academic structure for the benefit of the management structure.
4. There are no differences which have a statistic, significance at the level of (a =0.05) between the estimations pattern of the first type of the study example , which are attributed to the changeable of the functional level for the three axles . . .

5. In the light of analyzing the principles, the results of the practical study and the meeting results, the study has arrived at many proposal procedures which could develop
the management of private higher education in the Sultanate of Oman and the proposal of other studies about the management of private higher education in the Sultanate of Oman.
