English abstract
The current study aimed to work the level of availability of the components of the quality of investisate life and its relationship to the organizational symmetry of teachers in the schools of Al Dakhiliyah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. During the academic year 2021-2022 AD, the questionnaire was applied to a random sample of (460) male and female teachers.
The study reached a set of results, most notably: the level of availability of the elements of the quality of career life for teachers of the second cycle schools in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate from their point of view came at an average level in general, and came at an average level in all dimensions, and the dimension of functional factors came in the first place, then came in The second rank came after health and occupational safety factors, then the physical working conditions came in the third and last rank, while the wages and rewards dimension came in the fourth and last rank. The study also found statistically significant differences at the level (α≤0.05) attributed to the study variables (gender, qualification, experience).
The study also found that the level of organizational symmetry for teachers came at a large level in general, as well as a large level in all dimensions, and the dimension of loyalty came in the first place, and then came in the second place after affiliation, while the similarity dimension came in the third and last place. The study also found that there were statistically significant differences in the level of organizational symmetry due to the variables (sex, qualification, experience), and the results of the study revealed the existence of a positive and statistically significant correlation between the level of availability of the components of the quality of functional life and the level of organizational symmetry in all dimensions, where the strength of The relationship between weak and medium grade.
In light of the results of the study, a set of recommendations were presented, the most important of which are: Work to raise the level of the elements of the quality of career life in the schools of Al Dakhiliyah Governorate, due to its positive relationship and its impact on the level of organizational uniformity for teachers, and work to provide the requirements and tools that make the school an attractive environment to work in and create favorable opportunities for teachers Meet their aspirations for financial and career advancement.
