English abstract
The study aimed at standardization of the (NEO-FFI-S) Five Factor Inventory Among Sultan Qaboos University Student. The study sample consisted of 1327 students (522 male and 805 females). The (NEO-FFI-S) Five Factor Inventory, which was prepared by Costa & McCrae (1992) was used in this study. To answer the questions of the study, Pearson correlation coefficient, Cronbach's Alpha, T-Test, factor analysis and Percentile were used. The results showed evidence of accessible indicator of validity and reliability of the inventory The result were interpreted in the light of the theoretical back ground related studies. Also, number of recommendations and suggestions have been provided.
