English abstract
This study deals with foreign oil companies in Oman and Oil Concessions 1945 1967 and the importance of the study lies in that we are looking at the date on which such companies and to monitor the conflict, including the privileges of oil in the GCC.
The study is divided into three chapters: the first chapter discusses the history of the privileges of foreign oil companies in the GCC, and the second chapter focuses on foreign companies in Oman and Oil Concessions between 1945– 1967, and the third chapter discussed the stage of oil production in Oman in 1967.
The study relied on a range of sources and documents of primary and secondary references, as well as a number of Arab and foreign literature, which contained information related to the study.
The Study highlights the most important foreign oil companies operating in Oman since the beginning of the study period up to the date of the first export shipments of oil from Oman.
