This study attempts to discuss the dogmatic effect of God's Will through inductive analytical approach. This study reviews the related verses of Quran and explores its different interpretations by studying and analyzing different perspectives of different interpreters. For instance, first, it studies different interpretations of verses that present God's Will in creation, forgiveness, intercession and immortality in Hell. Then, it supports one interpretation by analyzing it, finding the main dogmatic effects behind its difference and finding the behavioral effects resulting from it. This study consists of three chapters that attempt to find answers for many questions like; what is the meaning of " Will " in Holy Quran and how is it related to other terminologies in Quran such as creation, action, ability, capability etc? What are the limits of humans' responsibility? How able is the Devil in tempting humans? How God's will is represented in configuration and creation, prevention and tender, choice and selection, victory and empowerment, guidance and misguidance, repentance and forgiveness, intercession and immortality? The findings of the study show that all creations are created by God, God's will is absolutely immeasurable and infinite, God's will guides those who look and ask for guidance and misguides those who deviate from the right path. It also shows that God's intercession is only granted for his devoted, blessed, righteous worshipers. Moreover, God's Will decided the immortality of Hell and the immortality of people in Hell. Finally, the findings of this study also present the main effects and consequences of misunderstanding God's will and the misbehaviors that resulted from this misunderstanding.
