English abstract
The crime of bribery in the Penal Code of Oman Given the importance of bribery and its serious impact on the society, I have chosen to dedicate this study for it. Inferred from the most important reasons for the commission of the crime trying to develop some solutions to curb its spread. I have included some recommendations after analyzing the texts of the Omani Penal Code on the crime of bribery. I have some suggestions with regard to the articles of the law related to it, whether by addition or amendment. The divided study into four chapters preceded by a preliminary Study dealing with both the historical perception of the crime and its definition. The first chapter is about the legal nature of the crime of bribery and its assumed element. Where the second quarter is about the different elements of this crime . In the third chapter the reader will find facts about the different aspects of bribery. The fourth chapter deals with how to prove crime and demonstrates its consideration of jurisdiction and punishment. this study with the conclusion and the I have finished recommendations
