English abstract
Inspection is considered as one of the most vital rights that the law gives to the inspector generally and the inspector of cybercrimes specifically. Such type of inspection must be done in a way suits with the nature of cybercrimes as they demand a high level of accuracy, speed and experience. This demand occurs due to the difficulty in proofing the crime and the easiness in hiding its clues. Thus, the investigation on such type of crimes requires the formation of a team of specialists who are both inspectors and technical technicians at the same time. Moreover, such team must be provided with the required tools and modern techniques to face such type of crimes. This study is a significant one since it attempts to answer the following questions:
1. How does the authorized power practice the procedures of criminal inspection of cybercrimes?
2. Does the current law of criminal procedure fit with the nature of the cybercrimes or it should be modified? Does the Legal arena need to establish a new law for cybercrimes inspection?
3. How the inspection done in the technical crimes? is the inspection of the physical components of the computer the same to the inspection of the its logical components?
4. What are the ways of inspecting the World Wide Web?
