English abstract
The present study aimed at presenting a list of the most important Islamic Jurisprudent rules related to women. It also aimed at investigating the extent in which the Islamic Jurisprudent rules related to women are available in the Islamic Educational and cultural Text Books in grades (7-12) by answering the following questions:
1- What are the Islamic Jurisprudent rules related to women which should be incorporated in the Islamic Educational and Cultural Text Books in grades (7 12)? 2- What is the percentage of the availability of the Islamic Jurisprudent rules related to women in the Islamic Educational and Cultural Text Books in grades (7-12)? 3- Does the percentage of the availability of the Islamic Jurisprudent rules related to women differ in the content of the books for each grade?
To answer these questions, the researcher designed a list of the Islamic Jurisprudent rules related to women that should be included in the Islamic Educational and Cultural Text books in grades (7-12). The validity of this list was check. Then this list was turned to a card to analyze the content of the text books which constitute the sample of the study.
The main results of the study are the followings:
1- The number of the Islamic Jurisprudent rules related to women that should be included in the Islamic Educational and Cultural Text Books in grades (7 12) are (125) rules distributed between eleven elements. 2- The element of marriage rules came first between all the elements of the Islamic Jurisprudent rules related to women with a 43 frequency and a percentage of 33.3%. 3- Grade 12 came first between all grades which incorporated the Islamic Jurisprudent rules related to women with a 37 frequency and a percentage of 28.7%.
There were no rules related to funerals or to recent issues in the Islamic Educational and Cultural Text Books in grades (7-12). Depending on the results of the study, the researcher came out with some recommendations. The most important recommendations are: giving the Islamic Jurisprudent rules related to women which were not mentioned in the text books and which were not introduced enough in the Islamic Educational and Cultural Text Books in Grades (7-12) their importance and they should be incorporated when developing the content of the books or when redesigning or developing these text books and taking care of them.
