English abstract
This study aimed to clarify the Effectiveness of GeoGebra v.5 in acquiring Space Geometry idioms in the Development of Spatial Abilities and the Achievement of Eleventh Grade Students and tried to answer the following two questions: 1. What is the Effectiveness of using GeoGebra Software in Teaching" Space Geometry for eleventh-grade students? 2. What is the Effectiveness of using GeoGebra Software in the process of promoting Spatial Abilities of the eleventh-grade students? To answer these questions, a sample of (52) eleventh-grade students was chosen and divided into two groups: an experimental group with (25) students, studied using GeoGebra Software, and a control group with (27) students, studied using the usual way. The researcher has prepared a teacher guide for the unit of Space geometry a cording to a Geogebrev.5. As well, there were two tools used to be applied and represented in an achievement test and a Spatial Abilities test. The study result showed statistically significant differences at the level (a=0,05) between the mean score of the experimental group and the mean score of the control group in the Spatial Abilities test and GeoGebra Software Achievement test group who studied using GeoGebra Software According to the final results, the researcher recommended necessarily to use the Geogebra v.5 or any other dynamic programs in Math's during teaching and learning the unit of Space Geometry among the students and save the convenient encouraging educational environment to them in order that they can promote their own Spatial Abilities
