English abstract
This dissertation aims to identify the Litigation procedures in the Administrative Court. This importance of this subject is attributed to the fact that people's rights may be lost in case the basics of these procedures are not followed properly. Hence, the researcher addresses the most important side of these procedures using a contrastive methodology between different Legislations. The research is divided into two main chapters in addition to the Introductory Chapter on the development of the administrative judicial system in the Sultanate of Oman. researcher explores the results and In the conclusion, the recommendations of this study.
