English abstract
The study aimed to identify the psychological security level and functionality of the faculty members in the colleges of North Batinah Governorate and the relationship between them. as the study aimed to identify of significant statistical degrees of psychological security and functionality differences due to the recipe appointment of a faculty member, and gender. and years of experience, It was the use of psychological security scale of preparation (Saraireh 0.2007), and the measure of job performance of preparation (Al-Oqla, 2011). The study has identified a problem in the following questions:
1. What is the level of psychological security among faculty members in the colleges of North Batinah Governorate?
2. What is the level of functionality with faculty members in the colleges of North Batinah Governorate?
3. What is the nature of the relationship between psychological
security and functionality of the faculty members in the colleges of North Batinah Governorate?
4. Are there significant statistical differences in the degree of psychological security and functionality on the basis of organizational and personal variables? (Recipe appointment -
Type - a period of work in college). To answer these questions, the researcher used the descriptive approach which included the study sample (327)
