English abstract
The study aimed to identify the problems faced by female teachers in classroom management in First Cycle - Basic Education schools in Dakhiliya Governorate, to detect the difference teachers' assessment level to the problems of classroom management according to qualifications and years of experience variable. The study used the descriptive method and a questionnaire was designed as a means of collecting the necessary data, which consisted of (54) paragraphs divided into four main fields, each field contained a number of paragraphs distributed to the study sample which reached (184) teachers.
The study found the following results:
There are medium level problems facing female teachers of the First Cycle -Basic education schools in Dakhiliya governorate in managing the classroom and in all axes of this study which are that problems relating to teacher, students, school and parents.
The study came out with a number of recommendations, the most important
of which are: Intensifying courses to teachers in how to manage the classroom and reduce the number of classes given by the teacher in order to give him the time to create and focus on the educational process. Also using of the effective and modern methods of education in treating students' behavior. Reduce the administrative workload that obstacles teacher's job, cooperation between teachers and the school administration in solving problems, and the importance of parents' awareness of their educational role which is the complementary role of the school.
