English abstract
This research aims at finding out the degree of practicing Management by Exception By Basic Education School Principal In the Al-Dhakhaliya governorate In Sultanate of Oman .To examine the research hypotheses a Questionnaire was used to measure the
dégrée of management by exception amount principal and senior teachers. The questionnaire has five variables (planning, organising, communication, reporting and appreciation). The sample of the research consisted of 445 schools principals and senior teachers.
The finding of the research were:
There were significant differences at (a < .05) in the degree of participation in Management by Exception at Basic Education School Principals in the Interior governorate In Sultanate of Oman attributed to experience variable, in favor of female teachers. But there were no significant differences attributed to the variables of organization and communication skills. There were no significant differences
attributed to education and experience variables too. There were also
no significant differences attributed to the job title variable. In light of the findings, the researcher recommends:
-School principals should not be included in working on some administrational work such as communicating with different sections in doctorate . School principals should not be included in writing different reports such as reports about teachers' visits and reports about students' health. In the praising variable school principals should not be included in praising teachers who present workshops and training courses.
