This study aims at identifying the impact of the intellectual capital and creativity climate of the governmental institutions of North Al Sharqiya Governorate on institutional performance through testing patterns of the relationships and the impacts between the variables. The study relied on the quantitative methodology. The population included the administrative staff in a group of governmental institutions in the governorate, whose number reached nearly (4000); An convenient sample was adopted and 350 responses were obtained, with a recovery rate of 84%, using the electronic questionnaire through Google Forms. Appropriate statistical methods compatible with the methodology, such as correlation coefficient and simple regression analysis, were employed to analyze the data, answer the study's questions and test its hypotheses. The study has come up with many findings, the most significant of which was the institutions’ interest in the components and aspects of the intellectual capital, represented by the institutions of North Al Sharqiya Governorate as a sample. Also, the study found that these institutions are concerned about providing the appropriate climate for creativity and innovation at work. Moreover, the findings demonstrated the impact of intellectual capital on institutional performance. In addition, the results showed a correlation between creativity climate and institutional performance at the institutions of the target governorate. Moreover, the study found that the creativity climate has a statistically significant positive effect on institutional performance.
