This study aims to shed light on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the telecommunications sector in the Sultanate, with a particular focus on one of the largest companies in this sector, Oman Telecommunications Company (Omantel). The study will specifically examine the pandemic's effect on the performance of human resources, a critical concept for professional institutions that continuously strive to develop and enhance within any organization.
