The advancement of microelectronics and web-based communication are making a good space in various avenues of human comfort. However the high level vehicle frameworks end up being an aid to humanity, the equivalent has additionally been a catastrophe and misfortune with regards to lethal mishaps joined by gigantic death toll and property. This misfortune is boss when clinical benefits and relatives are not getting incidental data on schedule. The goal of this proposition is to plan a functioning model of insightful and coordinated security framework to public and private vehicles in Oman, to forestall street mishaps by alarming the driver under unusual conditions and if incase of mishap, the point by point data identified with the mishap is imparted to the closest medical clinics, ROP stations and pre-put away numbers will be shared rapidly through Vehicular impromptu organizations (VANET) in IoT Platform. This early recognition is conceivable by ceaselessly checking the significant boundaries of the vehicle through inbuilt sensors inserted with IOT (web of things Technology) and this information is persistently contrasted and the standard data, the digressed values are shared to the primary worker through a cloud administration. The area of the vehicle will be followed reliably through GPS framework. A GSM/GPRS framework is utilized to send an alarm message, if the area is a no organization region, a RF module is utilized to communicate the ready data and is gotten by the moving vehicle including this framework inside the scope of RF Module, and this is shipped off the following moving vehicle and this cycle will proceed with like a tied series until the vehicle in the organization region will get this message. When the message is gotten by the vehicle in network region, the alarm message will be sent to the base station of the VANET.
