This study dealt with the issue of State Responsibility for the Function of Public Authorities in the Egyptian legal system and the legal system of Sultanate of Oman in general without addressing the details and in a way that fulfills the requirements of the study. However, there is something like a general agreement not to question it, as a general rule with few exceptions, about its legislative and judicial work, it is asked about its administrative work, with the exception of acts of sovereignty. The Arab legislator still has a lot in front of him in determining the state's responsibility for its legislative and judicial work, through a research plan divided into three investigations, preceded by an introduction, followed by a conclusion containing the researcher's findings and proposals.
