Anthrenus (Anthrenus) ardoi sp. n. from Oman is described. The habitus, antennae, and male genitalia are illustrated and compared to related species. Elytra covered with oval white patch on each side of the suture at its base, with three white, transverse, irregularly interrupted patches. The new species is most similar to Anthrenus (s. str.) namibicus Háva, 2000 and A. (s. str.) flavipes flavipes LeConte, 1854.
