The survey aimed to identify the degree of the practice of the MBWA by school principals at A'Dakhiliyah Governorate, Oman, from the point of view of the principals, assistant principals and senior teachers, and to identify the suitable ways to activate them in the light of the survey's findings. To achieve the objectives of the survey, the researcher used the descriptive approach and prepared a questionnaire consisting of (46) paragraphs divided into five areas: (Communication, Motivation, Discovery of Facts, Development, Creativity and Feedback). The questionnaire was applied to a sample of (296) principals, assistant principals.
The survey has come up with the following findings: The majority of the survey paragraphs show that the degree of the practice of the MBWA by school principals at A'Dakhiliyah Governorate, Oman, was high in the fields of Communication, Motivation, Discovery of Facts, Development, Creativity and Feedback) according to the survey population.
The overall arithmetic mean of all fields was (4.31). The findings of the survey also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a0.05) according to the survey sample on the degree of the practice of the MBWA by school principals at A'Dakhiliyah Governorate, Oman, by gender variable (Male, Female) in all fields. However, there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance(a0.05) between the two job title samples of "Senior Teacher" and "Principal". Such differences came in favor of the "Principal" job title sample in the first axis: Communication. The survey also indicated that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a0.05) between the job title sample of "Senior Teacher and the job title sample of "Principal and Assistant Principal". The differences came in favor of the job title sample of "Principal and Assistant Principal" in the three axes: Motivation, Discovery of Facts, Development and Creativity) and the tool as a whole.
In addition, there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a< 0.05) between the job title sample of "Senior Teacher", and the job tile sample of "Assistant Principal", The differences were in favor of the job title sample of Principal" in the fifth axis: Feedback.
The survey presented a number of recommendations, the most important of which are:
- To create a positive cultural environment that supports and promotes the MBWA

- To spread theoretical concepts and practical procedures in schools.
- To encourage the exchange visits between schools in order to exchange experiences among school principals on how to apply the MBWA concept in their schools.
- To spread the MBWA concept as a modern administrative approach that serves the educational institutions to keep pace with the global developments.
- To encourage the adoption of MBWA approach for all administrative and supervisory aspects.
To continuously get acquainted with the foreign and Arab models which are successfully applying the MBWA approach.
- To encourage the educational sector staff to pursue their studies and obtain higher educational qualifications,
