This study on the analytical study of the issue of criminal responsibility for the crimes of the written press, by shedding light on the consistency of the rules of criminal responsibility with the general rules of penal responsibility, which in turn leads to the study and analysis of the profession of journalism through a review of the concept of the press and its inception in the Sultanate of Oman and the conditions to join this profession.
