The current study aimed at investigating the effectiveness of the Cubic strategy
on grade Eleven achievement in rhetoric and their attitudes towards it. To achieve this
aim, the researcher prepared approve scale to teach rhetoric which is appropriate for students in grade Eleven, a guide for proposed strategy, and a test in rhetoric. These were validated by a panel of Al_Madhani's scale towards rhetoric after checking it.
The sample of the study was divided into two groups, experimental and controlled. The experimental group included (62) students who were taught by the Cubic strategy. The controlled group included (49) students and were taught by the usual way. After teaching the rhetoric test was applied for the two groups.
The results have shown significant differences in the mean of students' marks for rhetoric test. These differences were in favor to the experimental group. These differences have occurred in respect to the way of teaching. The amount of differences was big. Furthermore, the results have shown significant differences in statistics between the averages of control group and the experimental group in the tendencies scale in favor of experimental group.
On the light of the findings of the current study, the researcher recommends the benefit of the Cubic Model strategy in teaching different skills of Arabic language. She also recommends using this strategy in developing the Arabic language curriculum, and training teachers on how to use Cubic strategy in teaching.
