This study aimed to prepare reading activities based on the multiple intelligence theory and examine their effectiveness in developing reading comprehension for grade six students throughout answering these two questions: 1. What are the reading activities that are based on the multiple intelligence theory to develop reading comprehension for grade six students2-? What is the wash back of applying the reading activities that are based on the multiple intelligence theory to develop reading comprehension for grade six students? To answer these questions, researcher prepared reading activities based on the theory of multiple intelligences, and testing to understand reading, and on verified the veracity of activities and testing ostensibly by display them a group of arbitrators, and by the stability test Reading Comprehension. using coefficient alpha Cronbach reaching its value (0.85), has been applied on this study after the implementation of reading activities based on multiple intelligences. The results of the study revealed the presence of a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of students of experimental and control groups in the Reading Comprehension test for the experimental group attributable to reading activities based on multiple intelligences. In the light of the outcome study made a number of recommendations including: taking into account what they offer the theory of multiple intelligences of the basics of education when planning for the construction of the Arabic language curricula in general and the lessons of reading in particular, and proposed studies including: the effectiveness of the use of the theory of multiple intelligences in the teaching of Arabic language skills and sciences other.
