This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of a suggested electronic teacher guide in the instructional teacher's performance and their student's achievement. An electronic teacher guide was developed in the circle geometric unit of the ninth grade textbook. The study sample consisted of (10) teachers divided into two groups: an experimental group and control group with (5) teachers in each, a (113) students divided into (56) and (57) students for the experimental group and the control group respectively. Data of the study was collected by the means of classroom observation checklist and mathematics achievement test. Data analysis was done using means, standard deviations, and t-test. Results showed statistically significant difference in instructional teacher's performance in vavor of the experimental group, but no statistically significant differences in the diminutions of the instructional teacher's performance observation card except for educational technology diminution which showed a high statistically significant for the experimental group. It also showed a statistically significant difference in the averages of students achievement for the experimental group. The researcher recommends to use the suggested electronic teacher guide while teaching circle geometric unit.
