This study aimed to identify the relationship between Emotional sensitivity and Social Maturity of Hearing Impaired in Gulf College in the Sultanate of Oman. The study followed the Descriptive Approach. The study sample consist of (65) Hearing Impaired males and females students. (76.5% of the original society), whom were selected by Purposive Sample of Hearing Impaired Students in Gulf College. The current researcher used two instruments, Emotional sensitivity Measure for Abu Mansoor (2011) and Social Maturity Measure for AlHathli (2014). The researcher translated the instruments into Finger Spelling. The study has reached the following results. First, Both level of Emotional sensitivity and Social Maturity were moderate. In addition, the average of Emotional sensitivity was about 1.72 and the average of Social Maturity was 1.98. The results indicated that there is no correlation between Emotional sensitivity and Social Maturity. There were also no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) in the level of Emotional sensitivity Due to gender and academic year variables. With regard to Social Maturity, there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) Due to gender variable. In addition, there were statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) in the Social Maturity Due to academic year variable in favor of third and fourth year students. According to the study results, a set of recommendations and future studies were suggested.
