The study aimed at identifying "The level of availability of the Learning Organization dimensions and their relationship to the creativity culture among the teachers of the cycle 2 schools in North Asharqeyah Governorate". The study used the descriptive method.
Additionally, a questionnaire was used to measure the culture of creativity among teachers that was designed using previous studies. After verifying the validity and reliability of the two tools, they were applied to a sample consisting of 281 teachers who were randomly selected. The sample represents 33.4% of the total study population 839.
The results showed the level of availability of the dimensions of the Learning Organization in schools of the cycle 2 in North Asharqia governorate is generally large in all dimensions except the demotion of "Creating Systems for Knowledge Sharing and Learning" that came at an average level.The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences in the availability of the dimensions of the Learning Organization due to the gender variable at the level of significance (0.05 α α) for the interest of females, while there were no statistically significant differences in the availability of dimensions of the Learning Organization attributable to variable years of experience. The results, moreover, showed that the level of availability of creativity culture among the teachers of the cycle 2 schools in North Asharqia governorate was significant in all pivots. The results also demonstrated that there were statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05 ≥ α) in the level of creativity culture to the interest of female teachers whereas there were no statistically significant differences in the level of availability of the culture of creativity due to the variable years of experience. The results showed a positive correlative relationship with statistical significance between the availability of dimensions of the Learning Organization and the culture of creativity at an average level. The study recommended providing training programs for school headmasters, teachers and supervisors on the dimensions of the Learning Organization, its concept and characteristics and ways of applying them on the real ground.
