The study aimed to identify the career self efficacy and its relationship with identity crisis and career future anxiety among 11th grade students in the North of Batinah Governorate in Oman. The sample consisted of (550) of females and males. The sample was chosen by using stratified cluster way. In order to achieve the study aims, three scales were used: The career making decision self-efficacy, identity crisis, and career future anxiety. To answer the study's question, means, standard deviation, pearson's correlation and "T-test" for one and two independent sample were used. The results showed high level in career self-efficacy, medium level in identity crisis, and low level in career future anxiety. No statistical differences were found between males and females in career self-efficacy and career future anxiety. However, significant differences were found in the level of crisis identity due to gender. Further, no significant differences were found in career self-efficacy, crisis identity, and future anxiety due to academic path (Applied Science). Significant differences were found in crisis identity and career future anxiety due to academic achievement. Moreover, findings showed a positive relationship between career self-efficacy and identity crisis, while there was no significant relationship between career self-efficacy and career future anxiety. Result revealed negative relationship between identity crisis and career future anxiety.
