The study aimed to find out the educational performance of the first field teachers who joined the training program for new Omani teachers in North Al Batinah Governorate in Sultanate of Oman, and to find out if there are statistically significant differences due to the variables of the workplace (city, village) and the evaluator (supervisor, first teacher). To answer these questions, an observation form consisting of (49) questions distributed among (6) main parts was designed. After ascertaining the indications of their validity and stability, the appropriate study sample for the study community was determined. The study sample consisted of (140) teachers. It was determined throughout choosing (45) first files teachers who attended the new Omani teacher training program from North Al Batinah Governorate, which means 32% of the original community of the study. The study reached a set of results, the most prominent was that the teaching performance of first-field teachers who joined the training program for new Omani teachers in North Al-Batinah Governorate was between very high and high. the part of preparing the objectives of the lesson was at the highest level with an arithmetic average (4.24), followed by the part of human relations with students, then the part of activating the lesson, then methods of presenting the lesson, followed by class control and management. Finally, the part of evaluating students 'understanding of the class with an average of (3.72). Also, the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level of α ≤ 0.05 in the level of performance of the first field teachers who joined the training program for new Omanis in North Al Batinah Governorate due to the workplace variable. The study recommended to prepare a comprehensive guide book, which includes the program's goals, its importance, its current and future results, in addition to professional development methods that teacher may use.
