The present study aimed at revealing the relationship between self-efficacy and psychological happiness among students of the College of Education at Sultan Qaboos University in Oman. The descriptive approach was adopted to achieve the objectives of the study and the Self-Efficacy Scale and the OHQ, which stands for Oxford Happiness List, were used in it. After verifying the validity and reliability of the two study tools, the researcher selected the study sample using the available method, and the basic sample consisted of (427) students. The results of the study showed as the following:
1. The level of self-efficacy of the students of the College of Education at Sultan Qaboos University was at a high level.
2. The level of psychological happiness among students of the College of Education at Sultan Qaboos University was at a high level.
3. There is a positive and average correlation statistically significant at the level of significance (α = 0.01) between self-efficacy and psychological happiness in the study sample.
4. The existence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) in the level of self-efficacy and its relationship to psychological happiness among students according to the gender variable and in favor of the female sample, while no statistical differences appeared according to the variable of scientific specializations.
In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended intensifying educational programs and training programs to enhance psychological happiness and self-efficacy of students, providing them with useful programs inside and outside the university, appointing psychologists and two social workers to help them diagnose and solve their problems, and create factors and conditions that help them achieve psychological happiness.
