The study aimed to identify the relationship between personality types according to the Enneagram model and achievement motivation among leaders of scouting and guidance units in the governorates of Muscat and Al-Batinah South in Oman. The study sample consists of (154) respondents who were selected randomly. The personality type's scale was prepared by the current researcher, while the achievement motivation scale (Jabour, 2012) was used. The results showed that the Achiever type was the most used, followed by the investigator, then the Enthusiast type, while the Loyalist type was the lowest used. The results showed that the level of achievement motivation was high.
There was significant correlation between some personality types (achiever, helper, reformer, individualist, enthusiast, challenger, investigator and peacemaker) and achievement motivation among sample.
According to gender, age, governorate variables, the results showed that there were no significant differences in the personality types according to the Enneagram model, while there was significant difference in the personality type due to the level of leadership in the helper type in favor of beginner level. According to the achievement motivation, the results showed that there were no significant differences due to gender, age, governorate, and level of leadership variables
