The current study investigated the degree of schools' principles to the
administrative transparency and its relationship with teachers' job satisfaction in
Al Dhahira Governorate in Sultanate of Oman. It also investigated if there was any
statistically significance differences at the level of (α ≤ 0.05) on the sample's
responses due to the variables of gender, years of experience and academic
qualification.
In this descriptive study, questionnaire was used to collect data on a sample
consist of 407 participants. They were male and female teachers from Al Dhahira
Governorate.
The data analysis revealed that there was high level of administrative
transparency practice from the schools' principles at Al Dhahira Governorate
according to all dimensions of administrative transparency application. It also
revealed that there was a high level of teachers' job satisfaction at Al Dhahira
Governorate in Oman. Moreover, the study proposed that there was a very high
and positive statistically significant differences relation between the degree of
applying the administrative transparency of schools' principles and the job
satisfaction of teachers at Al Dhahira Governorate.

Based on the results, the study recommended training workshops for schools'
principles in terms of the administrative transparency containing ways and
procedures of raising awareness and applying transparency which may improve
the level of efficiency in the schools' principles work. It was also recommended to
include these workshops in the Specialized Institute of Professional Training.
