The study aimed to measure the impact of the use of teaching using the Digital Story to develop the awareness of students of the tenth grade in the jurisprudence of contemporary issues. The researcher followed the semi-empirical approach. The sample of the study consisted of (68) female students, it was divided into two groups: an experimental group consisting of (33) female students, and a control group consisting of (35) female students. To achieve the aim of the study, a measure of awareness of the jurisprudence of contemporary issues was used, which includes three components: The defined component includes (22) questions, the direction scale consisting of (30) phrases, and the behavior scale and includes (21) paragraphs. Its reliability and reliability were confirmed. The results showed that there is a statistically significant difference between the average scores of students of the two study groups in the measure of awareness of the jurisprudence of contemporary issues in favor of the experimental group. In light of the results, the study recommends the importance of employing digital stories in teaching Islamic education.
