This had to do with the subject knowledge and application as well as in terms of technological skills. The results also revealed that there were statistically significant variations at (a≤0.05) in the responses which should be attributed to the gender variable. The results also revealed that there were no significant variations at the level of (a≤0.05) in the responses of the directors which should be attributed to the variables of experience and qualification.
