The study aims to recognize the relationship between Career efficacy and the stresses among pre-school female teachers in AD'dakhiliya Governorate. The study's sample consists of 220 teachers where 140 are teachers in the Ministry of Education and the rest are in the Ministry of Social Development. The study adapts the descriptive correlative method. In order to answer the study questions, it adopts professionalism Scale by (Al-Sharfa 2011) alongside with the psycho-stresses Scale by (Al-Khafaj 2016).
The study found out that the overall level of professionalism among pre-school teachers is high, whereas the psycho-stresses' level is moderate. It also figured out that there is a negative relational correlation between professionalism and the psycho-stresses levels among the pre-school teachers of AD'dakhiliya Governorate. It shows no statistical differences in the estimation of the study sample in all dimensions of professionalism and the psycho-stresses' scale according to the pre-school variable. Additionally, the study shows significant differences in the level of professionalism in favor of the teachers who have general diploma and teachers with more than 10 years of experience. Moreover, there are significant differences in the psycho-stresses' level in favor of teachers with less than five years of experience, and no significant differences according to the educational qualifications.
