The study aimed to target the needs of creative
administrations to the principles of schools of post basic education in the Sultanate of Oman. The sample is applied to (274( school principles.
To answer the needs of the study the researcher did a questionnaire which has 63 points measuring all the needs and the obstacles in the creative administrations which divided into two parts.
The first one covers (8) fields, the second one covers (4) more fields. The study depended on reality and stability.
To analysis all the figures and numbers I used the mathematical measuring diversions then the study came with these results.
The analysis to the individual of the sample aimed to points to the creativity administration to the principles of post basic education in the Sultanate of Oman.
According to their point of view, it's arranged randomly from top to the bottom, and for each field.
The first one is flexibility field, continuously field, originality field, reliable field, problem solving field, school principle participation in the creativity administration field. Strategic plan and vision of creativity administration field, human resources & financial field to the process of creativity.
The study has showed some results in the research part and also randomly from the top to the bottom. Administration obstacles, creativity obstacles, mental &nervous obstacles fields.
At the end and due to the results which I got the researcher advised in these points.
1- Scientific planning and educational administrative decisions issued by the school administration and the education
departments and the ministry.
2- Technical knowledge and precise administrative principal of
the school by functions, responsibilities and expertise in order to be more creative principal of the school.
3- The need for a system of administrative and technical precision for Accounting Management System School.
4- The independence of the school financially.
5- Increase the responsibility of the school principal in different
side.
6- Training school director in Administrative and professional.
7- Presence of resources Almadrip for example Buildings ,Facilities And computer lab.
8- Availability of human resources and Trained personnel To exercise its functions and clear.
9- Capacity Development for the creative director of the school 10-A good system to motivate teachers.
11-Prioritization of the requirements of management innovation and Develop a clear strategic vision and Administrative Plan for Innovation.
