The search aims to put a suggested model for activating the role of social community in the private school in the Sultanate of Oman. To achieve the study aims a questionnaire has been prepared within (2) parts distributed on fields which are (The role of the social community in reinforcing the relationship between the school and the society, The role of the social community in caring about pupils and developing them, The role of the social community in directing the school, The role of the social community in directing the change and the developing), and applied an a simple of (10.) included groups which are(the headmasters and headmistresses of schools, the head of mothers, and fathers, councils, the headmasters of some governmental and private institutions distributed in all private schools in the regions of Oman and some of governmental and private institutions in all the regions in Sultanate of Oman, The study tries to answer the following questions:
-What the real role of the social community of the private schools in the Sultanate of Oman?
-Are there any statistics related to the differences with the level (-a) of the social community of the private schools in the Sultanate of Oman due to(gender, job ,academic qualifications, years of experience)?
-What's the suggested model to activate the role of social community in the private schools in the sultanate of Oman?
The statistics process of data is done by using averages and aviation, T-test one way ANOVA. The study reached many results and the most important ones are the following:
The order of the fields according to the need for them was as the following: First, the second field. Second, the third field. Third, the fourth field. Fourth, the first field. The degrees of the need to the social community in the private school among the members of the study community on the fields of the study were between very high and average. The results of T.test referred to that:
There are statistics related differences with the level (.,.o-a) in the responses of the members of the sample due to the change of gender for females in the third field.
There are statistics related differences with the level (,o-a) in the responses of the members of the sample due to the change of jobs for the sake of the headmasters of governmental and private institutions in all the fields. There are statistics related differences with the level (.,.o-a) in the responses of the members of the sample due to academic qualifications in the fourth field. There are statistics related differences with the level (...o-a) in the responses of the members of the sample due to years of experience in all the fields of the study. The results of the study reached that all the (.) parts which are represented by the means of information collecting represent the need to activate the role of social community in the private schools in Sultanate of Oman.
The study has reached a design of a suggested model to activate the role of social community in the private schools in the Sultanate of Oman depending on the results that the study has reached and on the theatrical literature so called: "The Model To Activate The Role Of Social Community In The Private Schools In The Sultanate of Oman". The most important ones are adopting the Ministry of Education represented in the General Directorate of the private schools this suggested model to get benefit from it in activating the role of the social community sharing in the private schools in Sultanate of Oman and adopting the General Directorate of the private schools the role of spreading the culture of the importance of the social community sharing on supporting the work of Private Schools with the owners of these schools and reinforcing their relationship with the society, its institutions and its members.
