This study aims to investigate the attitudes of teachers learning
disabilities in Oman towards electronic learning (e- learning) during
Corona Pandemic. It has two variables that are gender and years of
experience. The sample of the study is 245 teachers including both
females and males. In this study, the descriptive analytical method is used
to analyze data besides developing a scale to investigate precisely the
attitudes of teachers in terms of the cognitive, behavioral and emotional
side. This study reveals that learning disabilities teachers have average
attitudes towards e-learning. Moreover, it shows that male teachers have
more positive attitudes towards e-learning than female teachers. In
addition, teachers with experience less than 5 years have more positive
attitude than those teachers with experience more than 5 years. The study
recommends preparing and training learning disabilities teachers to use
e-learning in an adequate and creative way.
