This study aimed to evaluate the degree of practicing the headmasters for the dimensions of the management of change in the light of the new educational development in Sultanate of Oman, through the answer of the following questions:
1. What is the level of practicing the headmasters for the dimensions of the management
of the change in the light of the new educational development in Sultanate of Oman?
2. Are there any differences have statistical evidence in the evaluation of studied individuals for the level of the practice of schools' headmasters for the dimensions of the management of the change in the light of the new educational development in Sultanate of Oman at the indication level (0.05) because of the change of type, occupational title, educational region, and educational type?
And to achieve the aim of this study, the researcher prepared a questionnaire aiming to know the practice level for schools' headmasters for the dimensions of the management of the change in the light of the new educational development in Sultanate of Oman. Six essential dimensions list under this clause:-
1. Policies and aims.
2. Occupational arrangement.
3. Technology.
4. Educational.
5. Humanity resources development.
6. Partnership with local society.
The society of the study consist of the headmasters from all the basic educational schools and post-basic educational schools, and from all the assistances headmasters of the basic educational schools and post-basic educational schools in Sultanate of Oman, their number (1168) individuals, but the sample of the study consist of (339) headmasters, and (333) Ass. Headmasters.
The significant results are as follow:
1. The level of practicing the headmasters for the dimensions of the management of the change in the light of the new educational development in Sultanate of Oman is high, as the average comes (4.17), for the individuals study in the dimensions of study to six, but the averages differ among them, and the average of the Policies and aims (4.09), Occupational arrangement (4.33), Technology (4.14), Educational (4.25), Humanity resources development (4.24), Partnership with local society (3.93).
There are related statistical differences at the indication level (0.05) among the evaluations of the individuals study for practicing .2 of headmasters for the dimensions of management change, because the changing of society type, occupational title, educational region, and educational type.
In the light of the results, the researcher recommends by many recommendations:
1. The necessary of the electronic connection between schools, educational directorates and ministry, in order to make easy in connection and finishing works with save time and efforts to achieve the required information.
The necessary of the ministry attention to increase the ability of the headmasters in the field of forming the visibility and the .2 mission of the school and translating it into strategical aims through making training courses in this field.
3. The necessary of guarantee the stability of the administration staffs and the employees to provide stable environment and suitable climate for changing practice.
4. Necessary of increasing the authorities of the schools' headmasters in which they could manage the human, material, and technical resources effectively, and executing the development programs in the school.
5.Necessary of designing programs have renewed and significant quality for the individuals of local society, and including with the plan of school.
