The aim of this study was to recognize the most important roles of the administrative supervisor and school performance evaluative supervisor in their own point of view. The researcher chose two governorates as two good samples to
represent the original field of study taking in consideration the cities and villages of these two governorates. The total number of the participants was 283. In details:
From Muscat Governorate: 7 administrative supervisors, 6 school performance evaluative supervisors, and 169 basic education schools' headmasters. From Sharqiya South: 6 administrative supervisors, 5 school
performance evaluative supervisors, and 91 basic education schools' headmasters. The study variables were: the educational governorate, the social type, job title, educational qualification, and number of experience
years. The researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach in the
study because it is the most common approach used in studying human
and social phenomena and because its suits the research topic. Also, he
used the primary (questionnaire) and secondary resources (books and
scientific magazines) in the study.
The researcher collected the results and analyzed them using SPSS
statistical program where the average arithmetic, standard deviation, and
percentages were calculated as well as suitable statistical exams.
The study shows a big agreement on the suggested form because
there are no statistically significant individual differences at the level
(a≤ 0.05) between the response of the targeted individuals of a particular
sample referred to the educational degree, job title, and years of
experience variables. While there are statically significant at the level (a≤ 0.05) in the response of the individuals referred to the educational governorate and social type variables.
The study recommended to direct people in the department of
schools' performance development to the necessity of using the suggested
form, to work on making a job description, concentrate on boys' schools,
and make sure that all the governorates included in the study get even
consideration and to provide training courses and workshops.
