This study aimed to search for the relationship between the psychological pressures associated with e-learning and mental health among a sample of teachers in the North Sharqiyah governorate. Psychological stresses of Liam Cerveny (2020) and the Wilson Scale of Stress for Teachers (WSPT), as well as the mental health scale of the Canadian Federation of Teachers CTF / FCE (2020) After confirming the validity and reliability of these measures, the results of the study showed that the level of psychological stress and psychological health of teachers In general, it is average, and the study did not find any statistically significant differences in the psychological stress variable due to the four demographic variables, namely: gender, years of experience, marital status, and educational stage. On the other hand, the study also did not find any statistically significant differences in the mental health variable attributed to the variables of years of experience and the educational stage, while it revealed statistically significant differences in the mental health variable attributed to the gender variable in favor of females versus males, and found statistically significant differences attributable to To the marital status in favor of married versus single people in the mental health variable as well, and the study concluded with a set of recommendations and proposals for other studies in the educational field.
