This study aims at disclosing the actual status of the community partnership between Basic School (1-4) and local community in certain administrative aspects in the Sultanate of Oman as perceived by executive educational leaders, principals of schools, their assistants, social specialists and teachers. Besides, as perceived by some social groups (e.g. guardians, businessmen, government officials, distinguished officials, public leaders and members of local social bodies) The main objective of the study is to find out suitable methods to activate the community partnership in education in the Sultanate of Oman. To achieve the goal of the study a survey was conducted to find out the community partnership which included : Firstly, a questionnaire developed by the researcher consisting of 41 items and distributed to 507 individuals Secondly, conducting personal interviews with 80 individuals covering all regions of the Sultanate, except the governorate of Musandam and Al Wusta Region The statistic treatment was conducted by using standard deviation and analysis of the different ANOVA (One way ANOVA) and LCD test for dimensional comparison. Some of the most important outcome results of the study are: - Financing, administration and consultation, respectively, are the strongest fields for community partnership, whereas planning is the weakest. - Results showed that there were no significant statistical differences at the level of (0.05= a) in the estimations of the study sample except the second domain concerning community partnership in administrative field due to the educational region. The reason is the differences of the nature of every community and its awareness. _Results also showed that there were no significant statistical differences in all domain except in the fifth one due to different jobs: the participation of community in the field of consultancy. The study concluded some general recommendations and specific ones concerning school administration. It proposed conducting further studies to activate community .partnership in all field of education in the Sultanate of Oman
