This study has aimed to improve diversity management practices in the international schools in Oman in the light of some international experiences. In order to achieve the study's aims, the researcher used a questionnaire that was distributed to a sample of respondents from international schools in the Sultanate of Oman. The questionnaire consisted of 40 items distributes into three domains- diversity management planning, diversity management organizing and appropriate school environment for diversity management. The data were gathered from the study's sample of 122 Administrators and teachers working in international schools in different regions. After data analysis using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), the study revealed the following results:
• The study sample's estimates on the reality of diversity management practices in international schools in Oman were moderately.
• There are no statistically significant differences in the study sample's estimates in the three domains due to the gender, function, academic qualification and years of experience variables.
• There are statistically significant differences in the study sample's estimates in the domain of the appropriate school environment for diversity management due to the nationality variable. The study concluded into visualize proposal to improve diversity management practices in the international schools in Oman in the light of some international experiences.
