The most im-portant result is the level of career alienation appears in a medium degree, with an average level of alienation in all its four dimensions (disability, uncertainty, immorality, social iso-lation). There were also no statistically significant differences in the evaluation of level of career alienation due to gender type, qualification and years of experience in all dimen-sions. Furthermore, the results of the study showed that the degree of organizational com-mitment, dimension of emotional commitment and continuous commitment are medium. On the other hand, the degree of the normative commitment is high, with statistically sig-nificant differences on the degree of organizational commitment based on the years of ex-perience in terms of continuous commitment and standard commitment for the benefit of the experienced sample of 11 years and above. In addition, there were no statistically sig-nificant differences in the emotional commitment due to the variable of years of experi-ence. Moreover, there were no statistically significant differences in organizational com-mitment due to social variables and the type of educational qualification in all dimensions. Further, the results showed that there is a negative correlation relationship between job alienation and organizational commitment with a low level of 0.419 and that job expatriation contributes to predict the organizational commitment with explanatory capacity (20.1%). The study recommends giving teachers some authority in coordination with the school administration to take some decisions related to the educational aspect of the school such as: reducing the administrative and supervisory work that is given to teacher that negatively affects the teaching aspect. In addition, the study recommends dealing with teachers fairly in the financial, administrative and teaching aspects.
