This study aimed at identifying the degree of effectiveness of School-Based Management in achieving the standards of total quality for School-Based Management in the interior Al-Dakhliya governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. The study aimed at detecting differences from individual responses about the degree of effectiveness of School-Based Management in achieving the standards of total quality for School-Based Management in the interior Al-Dakhliya Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. The detected differences resulted from variables of (gender, job experience, and educational stage).
In this study the researcher used the descriptive method which is suitable for the nature of this study and its objectives. In this study the researcher used questionnaires to collect data and information. The study sample data and information were collected at random. This research needed about (51) managers and assistants who represent all the community study. The sample data represents (100%) of the original society of managers and assistants working for in School-Based Management at Al-Dakhliya Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. Using the(SPSS) program, the study findings reveals the following:
• The degree of effectiveness of School-Based Management in achieving the standards of total quality for School-Based Management in the interior Al-Dakhliya Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman in the study sample responses for the sides of the study tool which are from large and medium grade of effectiveness, where the degree of effectiveness for the hobs of learning and education and professional development for teachers and a large administrative affairs was high, while it reached the degree of effectiveness in the two sides of financial affairs and community partnership for medium degree and to the total of all sides were the high degree of effectiveness.
• There were no differences with statistically significant at the level of significant (a < 0,05 ) between males and females in all the sides of the study tool, as well as in total, except the axis of professional development for employees, as well as learning and education hob. There were statistically differences which were significant in favor of females.
• There were no differences with statistically significant at the level of significant (a <0,05) for variable experience in all the variables studied as well as in total focus of professional development for employees .There was individual quality for owner experience from (10 years) and above.
• There were no statistically significant differences at (a < 0.05) for variable grade in all the variable studied as well as in the overall total.
