The aim of the study is to know how many different requirements are existed to apply information technology and to uncover any differences related statistically according to social type, academic level and year of experience. To achieve the study aims a questionnaire was set up based on previous studies. After approval of the questionnaire, it was applied on 208 participants from ministry of education like heads of departments and their acting heads of each section. The study revealed the following results: degree of requirements existence to apply information technology in ministry of education came as medium degree and came between high and medium in different study aspects. The logistic requirement came first with high degree of existence as well as human factor and technological requirement. On the other hand, financial requirement came last with medium degree of existence. The study also found some differences related statistically to social type, academic level and year of experience in all study aspects. The study recommends the following: the importance to train the administrative stuff to use technological devices by making workshops in the ministry of education and also to get experts in information technology to develop the devices software and to fix them.
