This study aimed at investigating the degree of supervision practice of senior science teachers, from senior science teacher and junior science teacher's point of view with respect to gender and teacher level(senior and junior). answering the questions of the study, I have searched for and analyzed the supervisors' roles and senior teachers' tasks. Moreover, I have made two different questionnaires The First questionnaire is meant for senior science teachers and it consists of (59) items which have been categorized into five supervision domains. Also, it comprises (23) items that focus on the difficulties which senior science teachers encounter (while they practice their supervision tasks). These difficulties are classified into three domains. I have made sure that the questionnaire has met the essential tests requirements in terms of its validity and reliability. The second questionnaire is directed to junior science teachers and it consists of (53) items which have been divided into four supervision domains. Besides it is subjected to face validity and reliability of global tests. This study has been applied to science teachers (senior and junior) in cycle two schools of basic education in Al- Batinah North and Al Batinah South. For the first questionnaire, purposive sample consisting of(28) male and(22) female senior science teachers was selected. For the second questionnaire ,Purposive sample consisting of (96) male and (90) female senior science teachers was selected, The results revealed that: - Senior science teachers stated that they practice some of their supervision tasks highly and they perform most of their supervision tasks moderately. A statistically significant differences were not found among the senior science teachers and junior science teacher's point of view to the degree of practice of senior science teacher of their supervision tasks attributed to the teacher level, Gender does not affect the senior teachers' performance when they practice their supervision tasks. From senior science teachers' points of view. Gender does not influence on the senior science teachers' accomplishment on (three) domains: science curricula and their teaching, Practical Follow-up, evaluation(assessment) and tests. Whereas gender affects on (one) domain which is professional development and training from junior science teachers' point of view. - Senior science teachers emphasis that they face some moderate difficulties when they practice their supervision tasks. The researcher recommend that more supervision practice for senior science teachers in the fields of professional development science curriculum and teaching is required and necessary.
